Wizards of Ethune: Austin Redesign

So, second of the redesigns is Austin.
Magic Affinity: Electricity

Notable Design Changes:
- New outfit
- Has dark blond hair instead of purple hair
- Trident replaced by Rapier

Personality Overhaul:
Unlike Cody who is going to remain with the same personality I intended in the original story, some characters, like Austin, are getting major personality alterations. Austin is no longer going to be a complete spaz, but just easily excitable. He will still have a very fast paced and inaccurate battle style, however. He's also going to be the group's most friendly member, and will be quite boisterous and outgoing.
